Team

Our team has a well balanced mix of experience MTs and Quality personnel. Fresh MTs are placed after several screening tests in our training setup.Our Traineers train them with SUM tapes(Beginners and Advanced), and then they are exposed to actual live files, and unless the required standad is achieved, they are not placed in the actual production Bay.Advanced training programmes are organised for the Trainers from time to time.

Quality

Working with AAMT guidelineas, we have a three level checking before we actually export any transcribed file. We have a regular feedback session for each group and discussion involving all the groups regarding following the client's feedback and for developing new strategies.
